No matter the session (maternity, newborn, family), photography pricing stays the same. Just decide how long you want. If you're into turning everyday life into art, go for longer sessions. That's when I can really blend in to the background.

Digital images are included. Archival quality prints and albums are available, as is album design.

Videography pricing is the same regardless of what type of family film you are interested in.

Being with your family longer means more natural moments. It allows for genuine and spontaneous moments to unfold, and I have time to blend into your family dynamic and become a part of the background. As everyone relaxes, the authentic connections within your family shine through, and I can tell the story of your day wherever it takes you (even if we never leave your house)

It's perfect for documentary Newborn sessions at home to capture this special moment in your life, or families wanting a stress free approach to family photography.

Welcome to the World Newborn Film

The perfect way to introduce your newest family member to the world, a newborn family film is a 2-3 minute curated film set to licensed music.

The whole family will be included but the focus is on your newborn baby.

How Many Photos Will We Be in our Gallery?
There are a lot of variables to consider with this question, like the length of our session, how many people are involved, and how many different locations or activities are covered in our time together.
I rarely deliver less than 100 images in a gallery, and I try hard not to deliver more than 200.

What Locations do you like?
My very favorite location is your home. Your home is such a big part of your story, and it's where everyone is the most comfortable. I'm also happy to head out into the world to locations that are meaningful to you!

What Should We Wear?
I know this is a big one...I want to document your real life, so I want y'all wearing your real life clothes that you feel great in. I'd say avoid neon and giant logos.

Do You Offer Mini Sessions?
The short answer is no. The way that I want to document your family's story just isn't possible in a mini session...With that said, I sometimes run mini session specials (for Mother's Day, for example) and if you're interested be sure to sign up for the newsletter!

Why Are Your Sessions So Long?
The last thing I want is for anyone to feel rushed during our session. The best, most natural pictures are made when people are enjoying themselves and feel comfortable--even better when they forget I'm there. We don't have to use all of the time we set aside, and for longer sessions I won't be shooting every second. But the longer built in time allows for multiple locations plus a variety of moods--no need to sweat the tantrums because I'll be there for the calm, too.

What if the Weather is bad?
If we need to reschedule we will. I want you to love your photos, and if the plan was to be outside we will push it to another day.

What Time of Day is Best?
We want everyone at their best, so that's often mornings. If your session is outdoors, then the earlier the better. Better light and less people out and about. This is usually the 3 hours following sunrise. At home, I suggest late morning around 10 am works great. Afternoons and evenings can work too, and I love documenting dinner and bedtime routines--chaos and all.

Do you Sell Prints?
Yep! When you receive your on-line gallery it is connected to a shop with prints, framed prints and albums from professional labs. Albums are my favorite, and I'm happy to help you decide on products and design your perfect album for you. You are free to print your photos anywhere, I just hope that you print them somewhere. And yes, there is a difference between cheap prints and professional lab prints.
