I can't believe how quickly this little guy is growing up. It seems like yesterday that we had his newborn photography session. And now he is on the go, and still such a cutie!
I loved this three generation family photo session that we did a couple of weeks ago. It was a cold early winter day, but we made the best of it with fun hats and blankets...and lots of snuggles :-)
I offer lifestyle family photo sessions in homes, as well as outdoor family photo sessions at Atlanta and Decatur parks. Parks are fun because there is plenty of room for kids to run and play, and we explore while getting great shots of everyone interacting. Plus it is fun to include the season that our session is in.
I do not set a time limit on family photo sessions, but most of the time kids don't last more than an hour or so. Activities are great ways to keep everyone engaged, and to capture great authentic photographs.
I'm always seeking authenticity in my photographs. Kids are constantly changing, so it's important to me to capture your family the way it is today--perfect in all of it's crazy mess. One of my favorite pictures ever taken of me and my kids is on my "about" page...It's me with my boys, one boy, the model, is posed and ever ready to take a fabulous photo, and the other boy is running away with a triumphant smile. It's a perfect picture, and I'm so glad I have it. It hangs on the wall in my kitchen and we still laugh about it years later.
