My baby brother became a father recently, and I so enjoyed capturing the moment for him and my sister-in-law. My baby nephew is so stinking cute and snuggly!
My favorite newborn photos are simple and honest. Newborn sessions are about the newest member of your family, so while I love getting cute pictures of your little one and all the little bits, I also want to focus on the relationships being formed. This beautiful moment in your life can become a blur in your memory, and I try to show a piece of your story. That's why I come to your house for newborn sessions. Studio sessions don't appeal to me-your story is what is interesting. Your story is what speaks to me, and what I think you will love seeing years from now. I would be honored to document this time for you and your family!
I like to schedule newborn sessions for when your baby is 2-3 weeks old. That way they have woken up a little and you have had a chance to catch your breath. When you book a session with me, I pencil in your due date and wait to hear from you. Then when your baby arrives we can schedule our session.
