Family Films | Jackson at 2
I have been so lucky to photograph this sweet little guy since the day he was born, and I swear he just keeps getting cuter! He turned two years old recently, so I photographed him and also made a family film. I created A Birthday Portrait of Jackson at 2. Documenting his cute walk, his tiny voice and mischievous smile. Those little pieces of him that will not always be there, and are so much of who he is in this moment.
Family videography tells your story through motion. I offer family films in three overlapping genres: Home Movies, which include all of the kids or the whole family, A Birthday Portrait of your little one right now, and the 365 Project: 3 sessions to watch your baby grow over their first year.
The process of making a family film, regardless of genre, begins with a questionnaire. I want to learn about your little one and your family. What is it that makes you laugh when you think about her? Is there something that she says or does that you know will not always be there? Once I receive your answers I brainstorm some ideas, and set up a time to talk with you. Together we will create a plan for your film. The day of (or days if we are doing a 365 project broken into three sessions), we will loosely follow the plan we came up with. But we will mostly focus on having fun, and making a beautiful family film.
You will receive a curated film set to licensed music that you will cherish! Every film session also includes at least 15 edited still images.
